Exercise, Cancer Symptoms and Treatments
Increasing physical activity and improving nutrition are well documented strategies to reduce the risk of many metabolic diseases including cancer. Research has been validating this fact for many years.
However not too many years ago cancer patients and survivors were told about cancer was to relax and avoid exercise. Now research is showing that the benefits of exercise can be enjoyed by cancer patients and survivors.
